Meet the South Florida Family C.A.R.E. Alliance
Established in 2007 as Family Promise of South Palm Beach County, our organization transitioned into the South Florida Family C.A.R.E. Alliance, Inc. in 2026. Under the guidance of Jennifer Raymond, our reach has grown across Palm Beach and Broward Counties. We are dedicated to providing relief for families facing the local housing crisis. Life’s unexpected turns—such as medical bills or job loss—can lead to housing insecurity. We are here to ensure that children in our neighborhood have a consistent and safe place to sleep every night, fostering a community where every family has the opportunity to thrive.
Pathways to Prosperity
Housing assistance, safe shelter, meals, counseling, and case management for families rebuilding stability.
Pathways to Success
Job training, continuing education, and support with professional licensing and certification fees.
Pathways to Prevention/Diversion
Short-term rental or utility assistance, case management, and financial education to prevent homelessness.
Outreach Services
Community outreach, referrals, food benefits, and resource navigation across Palm Beach and Broward Counties.
Volunteer
Make a meaningful difference by supporting programs, outreach, events, and families working toward stability.
